The battle between Spawn and OvertKill reach it's end, but it seems as though OvertKill has become unstoppable, at least until Twitch's sharp shooting ends up saving everyone.Unfortunately for Terry the FBI, CIA, and the Media are all on their way to continue their efforts in destroying him.Spawn takes this oppurtunity to spread his message.He uses his magic and creates a flaming sign that terrify all of Terry's persuers.Afterwards Spawn uses all the files he's collected to threaten Jason Wynn, and Tony Twist. Finally he leaves a file on chief Banks to none other than Sam, and Twitch, but will they make good use of it?
